Parade Feature for Oil City First Night

 

Year of the Horse is the seventh in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac sign – 2014 is one of those years. Oil City has been celibrating the [Gregorian calendar] New Year with First Night for 20 years. First Night is an evening full of community activities to include fireworks and a parade.

 

For the 2014 First Night parade Art Inside provided a life size horse for the parade. The Art Inside horse was built from bubble-wrap and lit with portable LED lights.
